- School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
An employment program for Year 12 school leavers, is designed to assist with the transition from school to employment. We’ll help you prepare, look for and gain employment that meets your needs and ambitions.
We are happy to engage with parents, guardians, teachers and support networks to find out how to support you in your transition from school to the future.
- talent.ed Custom Employment Pathways
Launched in early 2025, the exciting new talent.ed program breaks the mould for traditional ‘jobseeker supports’. Our custom employment pathways and capacity building programs are a personalised approach to moving towards a job. Your talents aren’t waiting to be discovered – they’re waiting to be unleashed.
We’re not your typical career development program. Instead of asking “Where do you fit?” we ask “What fits you?”
Caringa Employment Programs align with NDIS goals by providing engaging, tailored support services to build independence skills and achieve personal objectives.
NDIS funding may sit in either Core Supports – Supports in Employment or Capacity Building Supports – Finding and Keeping a Job.
