Caringa offers services in:

• School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
  An employment program for Year 12 school leavers, which is designed to assist with the transition from school to employment. We’ll help you prepare, look for and gain employment that meets your needs and ambition.
  
  School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is funded under Capacity Building Supports– Finding and Keeping a Job in your NDIS plan.

• Customised Employment
  A customised employment approach to help you get where you want to be. Whatever your employment goals, we can help you investigate local businesses, build your individual skills, gain confidence, and support you directly on the job to turn those goals into a reality.
  
  This funding sits in your NDIS plan under your Core Supports – Supports in Employment or Capacity Building Supports – Finding and Keeping a Job.

• Supports in Employment
  Through a range of Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) opportunities, and with 40 years’ experience in disability employment, Caringa can help you build your skills, grow your confidence and reach your employment goals.
  
  This NDIS funding can sit in either your Core Supports – Supports in Employment or your Capacity Building Supports – Finding and Keeping a Job.
