Custom Employment Pathways
Caringa’s talent.ed Custom Employment Pathway program is serious about employment outcomes for young people with disabilities. Launched in early 2025, the exciting new talent.ed program breaks the mould for traditional ‘jobseeker supports’. Your talents aren’t waiting to be discovered – they’re waiting to be unleashed.
We’re not your typical career development program. Instead of asking “Where do you fit?” we ask “What fits you?”

School Leaver Employment Supports
disarupt. is a program dedicated to those under 24 years old; who are transitioning from school into meaningful employment through evidence-based methods.
Each participant follows an individualised and custom designed employment pathway; with clear milestones and regular progress reviews. Parents and educators receive comprehensive quarterly reports tracking skill development across key employment competencies.
