Caringa’s support staff undertake a rigorous recruitment and worker screening process. All Caringa employees and Directors are required to hold a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check or equivalent prior to delivering services.

Caringa’s Executive and Senior Leadership team oversees the day-to-day delivery of our strategic direction, operations, finances and growth. Each brings their own extensive blend of experience, professionalism and care to the role.
