Caringa’s talent.ed Custom Employment Pathway program is serious about employment outcomes for young people with disabilities. Our program isn’t just about creative expression – it’s a structured, accountable pathway to meaningful employment with measurable results.
Structured Employment Training, Not Just Creative Play
Culture Club sessions work to transform artistic interests into marketable professional skills through evidence-based methods. Each participant follows an individualised employment pathway with clear milestones and regular progress reviews. Parents, families or educators can opt-in to receive comprehensive quarterly reports sharing skill development across real employability and skill based competencies.
