Our 5th Year hosting the Cancer Council Biggest Morning Tea
In honour of people impacted by cancer.
On Thursday the 23rd of May, the Caringa Community, team and friends gathered at our Fitzroy Street communal kitchen for the Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea.
Caringa is proud to have hosted the Biggest Morning Tea for five years in a row now, sharing savoury and sweet treats, to help the Cancer Council raise much-needed funds that go towards vital cancer research, support services, prevention programs, and advocacy.
We shared indulgent cakes and cookies; gluten and dairy-free treats; charcuterie boards; multi-layer dips; homemade pumpkin scones; and store-bought cakes (and we trusted the baking skills of our workmates!!)
We invited the general community to join the Caringa team to morning tea, made with love
...or bought on the race to the office after forgetting to bake things last night…
No matter what the creation, we enjoyed it ALL and we cracked our Cancer Council Fundraising target!
